Khar Consultancy Services has been started by Mr. A.K. Khar, a Civil Engineering Graduate from B.H.U.I.T. 1974 & MBA in 1997. Out of total of Four Decades of experience, initial Two Decades were of Designing & Execution of Hydro Power/Irrigation Projects and Last Two Decades in execution and development of Five Star Hotels in and around Delhi, Mumbai & Varanasi. Mr. Khar during these last two decades executed and managed High End Commercial Projects in Delhi/Gurgaon for Real Estate Business.
Mr. A.K. Khar worked for different developers for development of hotels mainly Radisson Blue New Delhi, Radisson Varanasi, Fortune Global Gurgaon, Crowne Plaza Gurgaon, Crowne Plaza Okhla, Holiday Inn Mumbai, Holiday Inn Jaipur. which stands operational today after their completion.

Mr.Khar has also been partially involved for development of Grand Hyatt NOIDA, Hilton Janakpuri, Holiday Inn Lucknow, and Holiday Inn Hyderabad.
For Real Estate business Mr. Khar has in depth knowledge and experience in execution and management in the field of development of high end Commercial projects in Delhi/Gurgaon for Real Estate Business like HUDCO Bazar at Bhikaji Cama Place, MTNL Building near Nehru Stadium, Sanchar Kender IGNOU Madian Gari Delhi, R&D; Centre IOCL Faridabad, Vipul Orchid Square Gurgaon, Vipul Agora Gurgaon, and Development of 1.50 lac Sqft area Interior space for BPTP corporate office, i-park Gurgaon. Other areas where Mr. Khar has gained experience and knowledge has been reflected in attached brief profile.
Realizing the need to assist different Owners/Property Developers through the Project Management consultancy services in order to share the experience knowledge gained during the execution of these above mentioned projects which has been developed in shortest period of time with optimum cost and quality product, consultancy services has been started by Mr. A.K. Khar and his team.
