Addition to above, Our CEO Mr. Khar, was associated with following hotels:
Grand Hyatt Noida when with BPTP, for around two years.
For a spans of two with Piccadilly hotels for short period of time and 1st HILTON in Janakpuri in India. Some works were also initiated with Holiday INN Lucknow (UP), under Gold Hotels and Resorts which is presently known as Experion

Open & Closed parking spaces for 300 car parks . • This is the first hotel which has been under Khar Consultancy Services as PMC where we are executing the project till completion for making it operational from all aspects - Civil, Mechanical, Interiors, IT, MEP, Kitchen & Audio Visual etc.
